I was contacted by the head of recruitment in early September about the job and a phone screening was subsequently held with a member of his staff. Next were 1:1 interviews with 7 individuals, 1 was the head of the New York office and 6 comprised a mix of Project Management, Sales and Technical staff. Finally I spoke via phone with the C.O.O. and another Project Manager. The questions covered my background, PM expertise, business expertise and how I would handle difficult situations applicable to project management. Everyone I spoke with throughout the process was extremely pleasant and professional.
