Due to the current Covid-19 situation, all of my interview rounds held online. From start to end, I found all rounds of the interview to be very professional and thorough. In my opinion, all interviewers (i.e. the department heads and HR) were very well-prepared and I felt that the questions they asked helped in not just knowing about my work experiences but also to get to know me a little better personality-wise, which I think is very important to see if a candidate will fit into the dynamics of a company. They also addressed and answered all queries that I had so that I will have an ease of mind in what to expect if I get to join FlexTrade. All in all, it was a very smooth and efficient process.
