Found it interesting that to speed things up, the recruiter sent me over the case study to complete and present to the hiring manager on the 1st ever conversation with the hiring manager. I think this is quite smart and a good way to use the hiring managers time. Recruiter > Case study > Interview and presentation with hiring manager > 3x 1:1 interviews with various team members > Offer
