The process was quite exhaustive, spanning over about 5 separate interviews (which generally tells me they dont know what they want) as well as a case study. I believe I got all the way through the process, but it wasn't too clear. Either way, after all of that I was sent an email that they were going forward with other candidates. I told them I understood but would really appreciate some feedback as to what led to their decision, which they did not respond (and I know for a fact they viewed the email several times). I think followed up a week later asking again, but again no response. Very unprofessional, after I had spent many hours on interviews with multiple team members and working on case studies, a simple email with some feedback is not too much to ask.
