Recruiter reached out and scheduled a call after applying online. No show for the call, apparently forgot about the meeting. After rescheduling and going over my experience, I was moved on to interview with hiring manager, then with 3 other team members. Interview with hiring manager was good, seem to be very knowledgeable and the conversation felt on point both ways. Then there was 30 min interviews with each of the team members. 1st interviewer mostly focused on standard behavior questions, feels like not very vested in the process, it's just another mechanical thing she had to do. 2nd interviewer was probably the most senior and ask a lot of good questions, but left no time for me to ask any questions. 3rd interviewer was very welcoming and friendly, and the interview felt like an engaging conversation, and even gave me feedback at the end of the interview, in which he thought I was a great candidate for the role. Then I was ghosted without any feedback. Numerous emails for 3 weeks, no response, no update.
