I had a college placement in Flipkart and being posted to ops in Ekart Logistics which looks after the supply chain logistics operations. Initally, had a presentation round of the company where I asked few questions about the profile which I handled later in the organisation. Next was the Online Test where we were given quantitative, reasoning, language aptitude problem and few situational based questions which I cleared easily. HR interview round was quite interesting as it was more of two way communication and learnt a lot of things in the process. Then I was hired.
