There were three rounds of interviews,it was fine,but the training was quite difficult,the salary was very low and the work timings were not good,they were expecting too much and the pay was based on call time.
It was smooth, strong communication and interpersonal skills will help you get the job. Ive been interviewed for chat process where they mainly focus on your written more than the verbal communication skills
It was a telephonic interview for a max 15 to 20 mins. Prior to that, an online test was given. Moreover, the interview was an easy one. Just one needs to be fluent in english and other known languages. That's it.

Good but lengthy it takes too much time and days . But interview was good and easy . On my view the client round was a little bit tough . All around the process was nice and easy .
