My interview process dragged on for 4 months from june-sept 2022, during which i had multiple business rounds as well as hiring manager round and an HR round. Business rounds involved scenario based questions pertaining to the role- difficulty level average. The HR POC got changed twice in between these 4 months and there was no handover of information, new POC was not even sure how many interview rounds i had already completed. After clearing all the rounds, I was initially told that its a select from our side on multiple follow ups, only to be later told that now the position is 'on hold'. There has been no official communication as to whether my candidature has been accepted or rejected. Extremely frustrating experience! Would suggest better communication and coordination between business teams and the TA team to not conduct hiring activities until requirements are finalized and budget approved. This is not an interview experience that a company like Flipkart should be rendering to its candidates- if you dont value a candidate's time, you are already setting a precedent on the work culture even before he/she is in a position to join the company!
