Three step process, two skype interviews and last on-site interview. First interview happened fairly quickly, few days after applying. In my opinion there was huge discrepancy in what they want/need and what the advertised position was about. They haven`t done their homework in formulating job description. Basically they want SEO manager, Angular/React developer, Marketeer etc. :D Interviewer did not know half of the things which I asked and very directly involved with his position. Anyway, very strange and whole experience does correlate with reviews from other candidates.
