After the CV as been accepted after an online application, there are two round interviews with the team manager both in the company fit and in your career path. They will also ask you some more matematical and quantitative questions to test your logic other than your strategic thinking skills and creativity.
small talk, tell me about yourself, why you wanna work with us, tell me abt your last internship. then they introduce the position, company, team. in the end, the candidates can ask questions.

It's good and very friendly with the HR department. The first round will be a general talk about roles and salary. Then, the next round will be more challenging because you must show all your skills to the manager.
Rather long and the team members themselves are confused as to how many people they want to recruit and how they want to go about with the process. and multiple interviews later they still tend to ask the same questions
