I received a couple emails and a call from a recruiter working for the organization for a position I applied for. I felt like she was not listening to me and was in a rush to get off of the phone. Very rude and unprofessional.

Sales Recruitment misrepresented as a job interview. Best case scenario too good to be true. Worst case scenario false advertisement. Process after 2nd interview ends up being a social expirament requiring the passing if several tests. Some of them social and some of them standardized. All of this takes several weeks at a minimum. No position in sight. Perhaps a franchise opportunity might be a more honest title

Easy and Very Communicative throughout the process. Overall they reached out alot to see if i had an questions and were very quick to respond. They seem like they really care about you there.

Simple. It is a lot like athletic recruiting. Will make it seem as if you are the chosen one but in reality.. you know. I like to think that they mean well, and everyone begins their journey somewhere so depending where you are along your journey of advising it may be a solid beginning point.
