I was irritated to learn at the end of the second round interview that React experience was a must, despite having no React experience on my resume, and being upfront that I didn't have it. Not a good use of my time, nor the manager's. I'd advise other candidates to apply only if they have strong React skills. Other popular frameworks were not acceptable substitutes.
