Applied on-line at craigslist.org. Called me within a week and set up interview. Came in and interviewed with 2 owners, Office Manager and person leaving the position. Very laid back folks who are big on using their intuition in picking canidates. Extremely friendly and outgoing bunch (sans the person leaving).
