It was easy. Just asked a few general questions like ur name, why Fonterra and then explained the job and then asked if comfortable working that job and that’s pretty much it. You can feel if you are being hired.

Quite a lot of steps to go through. Involved going through an online testing centre and doing a Math and English test. Then there was an online voice interview which was nice because you got as many attempts as you wanted. This was followed by an in person interview and background checks. The interview process itself was alright but I found that Fonterra themselves were quite unprofessional. For starters I was never told whether this was a 'practical' or 'professional' internship which led to some confusion further down the line. Then during the whole selection process I was sent quite a lot of emails saying that I had moved onto the next stage, even though I hadn't completed the previous stages. Additionally, I got an acceptance offer but then was notified 10 minutes later that this was a mistake and that I got rejected. All in all a nice and quick process, but I did feel very mucked around by the end of it.
