I called to follow up on my application and was offered an interview that day. I went in, and had a formal interview with an assistant store manager and the department manager for where I applied. I was offered the job during the interview and started two days later.

Had a one on one with a recruiter . She was great. But then I had two more in store interviews with store manager and deli manager . The interview process probably took 2 full weeks.

They asked me about my availability. I also made it known this would be my second job
Was very laid back and casual. Got the job on the spot, it took awhile to start working because of poor communication, took forever to receive a work shirt, and complete the online trainings.
