Met with the manager and the interview went well but he left me feeling like I stood a chance but just a waste of time. I waited for almost 2 weeks and reapplied and man his front end girls was dying for me to interview for a supervisor position. If I wasn’t good enough before why now I’ll just let them beg me this time

Straightforward online interview with minimal in person. Questions online, followed up with phone and some final in person admin work. This was a pretty simple process that required very little time and investment on my end.
