The hiring and interview process was relatively easy. They offered me the job within a few days of the interview over the phone. However, they hired me for the launch of the new hollywood location and after putting in hours to set up that store they gave all associates 4-8hrs to work a week. I'm a college student and that kind of income is not something I can survive on. I got scheduled once every 3 weeks for 4hr shifts and the breaks are only 30 minutes. You can't even take a lunch break unless you work a minimum of 5hrs. it's a great first job though and they are very focused on helping women find what they need for performance or lifestyle wear.
