Quick informal conversations with managers. Either in store or outside. Asks about personal interests, really trying to see if youre a people person and confident. Knowledge of sneakers is preferred, but not required. The most important thing is expressing a hard work ethic and eccentric personality.

The interview setting is a group interview. Everyone was dressed somewhat casually and in their favourite sneakers. We were interviewed by the store manager and an assistant manager in both English and French since it was in Quebec. The questions were relatively easy, and it was easy to get your personality out there in this kind of environment.

I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.

It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
