The interview process was straightforward, you receive an email from their recruiter to schedule a phone screen with their HR person. If you pass their phone screen then you are scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager. After the phone interview an in-person interview it scheduled. I personally made it through the phone interview but not through the in-person interview. It's very surprising that many of these startup Fintech companies tend to hire employees that have little no work experience in the 401(k) plan administration industry. They have an elitist mind and prefer to hire a person with a college degree but no actual experience with administering 401(k) plans.

The individual whom I spoke with asked me why I was looking to make a career change and why ForUsAll? Following that explanation, the interviewer gave me an in-depth explanation of the job scope and what would follow presumably if I advanced to the next interview stage.

The lead question as described above was "Why am I looking to leave my current employer and what is it about ForUSAll that is compelling for me". This is an early stage fin tech company with an extremely diverse, talented group of people who are highly team oriented in providing flawless customer service for the underserved 401K SMB market. A gem of a company.
