I was contacted by a recruiter and had an initial phone screening - easy. The recruiter seemed really nervous on the phone, almost scared.
Then I was asked to take an aptitude test, again - easy.
I was asked to take it again, this time in front of them for confirmation. It wasn't so easy that time, a lot of percentages. My test scores were low that time and I didn't move on.
Their interview process is easy, but they're ridiculous for eliminating people due to a test score.
