Interviewed for the Corporate Occupational Health Nurse role. Strangest experience ever. The Medical Director/hiring manager was so weird and distracted. He had technical difficulties connecting via Teams. The other Interviewers were professional, but the hiring manager was so weird. At the end of the interview, once the hiring manager was finally able to connect via Teams again, he made it a point to mention that he had many more applicants to interview, mostly internal, and that I might hear back in 3 to 4 weeks, or not. I was then ghosted. So weird! I am so fortunate that I received an offer with a much better employer. I definitely dodged a bullet here!
