The interview process was fairly simple. I did a group interview with about 9 other girls, and all of them, even the couple really weak ones (who acted like they'd never been in a job interview before) were hired. They asked some pretty basic questions for an interview and the goal was mostly just to contribute enough that you left an impression but not so much that you were annoying. But again, every single person in our group was hired regardless, so it kinda makes you think they were just desperate for some new employees (turnover was high, there were new sales associates every shift I worked).

How have you handled conflict with a coworker in a past job?
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
