Very tedious, 3 hours 15 mins. First half an hour your presentation, in front of 5/6 members, the each person 1:1 interview for half an hour, I got totally exhausted, you need to speak continuously for 5-6 members, half an hour for each separately, talking the same thing again and again , leaves you totally exhausted and tired. If they're not interested, in any candidate, at least they can shorten the time allotted for each interview person. Overall experience negative.
