The interview process was ~5 hrs long and involved three one-on-one interviews, a 60-minute presentation, a 30-minute training on the technology, and a 30-minute mock demo to demonstrate what was learned from the training. The entire process was very fast-paced and quite rigorous, but very appropriate for the management-level position for which I was being considered. It's clear that Formulatrix knows the type of candidate that will succeed with the organization and their hiring process is to ensure that the individual selected truly is the best fit and not just a good interviewee.
