I am surprised to read your review as we do not hire for Customer Service Manager roles. We do, however, hire Customer Success Managers within our sales organization, though we have not been conducting those interviews in person for over three years. If in fact you did interview with Forrester (Research), I would welcome the opportunity to talk with you to understand more about the role you interviewed for and the experience you had.
