The good part: the recruiter and interviewers were nice, respectful and guided the interviews pretty well. They need to improve: The process is pretty long: recruiter call, hiring manager call, take home test (7 days to complete) and then a round of more 4 interviews. The problem here is that Fortis Games ignores the fact that their process is pretty long, and that in the last round (the 4 interviews) you don't receive any kind of feedback between the first and fourth ones. And then, once they decide to reject the candidate after all those rounds of interviews, they don't provide a minimum meaningful feedback to the candidate. They say "we hope you understand that we are unable to offer detailed feedback on individual interviews", totally ignoring how much time the candidates invest on preparation and interviewing and that the candidates deserve at least some minimum feedback about what went wrong and how they could improve for next opportunities and other screening processes. Based on the conversations with interviewers, and their attitude, it seems like a nice place to work. But the lack of feedback for rejected candidates after a VERY long process is disrespectful in my opinion.
