I had an interview at their prospected location. The woman in charge of the company didn’t seem like a joy to work for and brought a fellow employee as a type of mediator for her audacity. She told me everything she learned from the business was from her father and the resturaunts he started and I asked if I would know any and she said “no”. The other interviewer kind of laughed that off .. then she asked me “what made my heart sing in the morning” and I altered my response to match the job description and I asked what made her heart sing and she said nothing these days. It gave me a prospective of the work culture and my integrity would not allow me to continue with further steps. I felt very uncomfortable and I see why someone had to aid her in socialization skills and cues .
