The interview was smooth. I got to meet with both managers and discuss the role in detail. The pay was discussed during the first interview and they were very transparent about the role.

Interview had 4 stages, all very similar just with different people. They requested a presentation of current challenges in their sector which took hours of time (research), only to be declined and recieve no feedback. Do not mind the decline, it happens, but If you are asking for all of this time, common courtesy of feedback should be expected
