Met with CEO in one on one and was not happy with how he wanted things to be run. I had concerns about policies and how to implement them. He was more focused on growing the company vs thinking about long term solutions for IT to deliver and how things should be implemented. Translation, security best practices get in the way of hyper growing a company this young so worrying about those things is not an issue right now.
