Technical Interview (1 hour): I had a positive experience in this round. The interviewer was helpful and seemed satisfied with my solution to the coding problem, which involved finding the shortest path on a 2D array (simulating a keyboard) to type a word. I also handled the follow-up questions related to duplicate keys and performance analysis effectively. On-site Interview (3 hours): Although I didn't make it to this final round, it was supposed to cover additional technical, behavioral, and system design aspects. Overall, the interview process was well-structured, with clear communication and expectations set at every stage. The recruiters and interviewers were professional and created a comfortable environment. Despite the positive experience, I was rejected after the Technical Interview round without any specific feedback or explanation. The lack of closure and transparency regarding the decision was disappointing, especially considering my successful performance in the earlier rounds.
