First round is a teams meeting with HR - You can tell event from that first call that they really love working there. Then a quick meeting with the Head of the Division to answer questions about the position itself then interviews with other regional event directors. There was an additional round with a c-suite level executive that I had to turn down because I received another job offer. No complaints but it was a lengthy process.
