Four step process: HR manager, direct manager of department, director of department, Hotel Manager and/or General Manager You are screened by the HR manager, then by the direct manager. The interviews with the Hotel Manager and/or General Manager is more of an introduction to who you are, they are, and what the hotel is about. Like in any interview, show your interest in the industry, brand, who the interviewer is, have a strong hold on who you are, and why you want to be there with the brand and in the position.
