Good and valid. If prepration is good we can crack the interview. There are around 4 rounds of interview. The number of candidates they select are based on the number of candidates they find suits for their organisation.

The shortlisting for rounds are done by an online test held for approximately 1.5 hrs with 50questions(MCQ) and 2 Coding Questions.
After this round 5 candidates were selected.
Round 1:
This is the telephonic round. He asked me to introduce myself and then given 3 coding questions . This round lasts for 1 hour.
