After applying through LinkedIn, I was contacted by the hiring manager and general manager of the Kia division. We chatted for a few minutes and he showed me around the place. It was mostly casual and he explained the sales model and their interview selection. I did not get the position, but appreciated that the manager got hold of me to say that they ended up hiring internally.
