Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Fragomen (Atlanta, GA) nel mese di ott 2016
Colloquio
The interview process was somewhat intimidating but went well. I was told to expect to spend 2 hours for the interviews, and since I was interviewed by 5 people individually it took about that long. The firm was flexible in setting up a Skype interview since I lived 4 hours from their office at the time. I was interviewed by 2 senior paralegals, 2 associate attorneys and 1 partner. Some of the questions were repetitive, so it would've been better to have all interviewers there at once but the paralegals and attorneys have busy schedules so I imagine it's difficult to find a time that works for everyone. The question that every person asked was why I was interested in business immigration.

How do I know you can be detail oriented with important information?
There were two interviews, one with HR and then with the team in person. There was some lack of communication in the middle of the process, with the HR not knowing if they would have openings in one or another office, so that required following-up.
Very simple - Phone interview and then in person interview. I was able to get more information on the role as well as expectations. Then I only had to wait a week to hear back and let them know if I was accepting. Overall a very easy interview process.
