Sent an application. Then I received a task: creating an influencer strategy for them for two countries and a specific product. I tried completing the task as quick as possible and answered some aspects superficially and it still took me a whole day to complete. Was wondering whether it would be worth it or whether they just wanted to use the information from all the candidates for free labour. The task and my work experiences were then discussed in the interview. I was grateful that the hard work it took to get the task done was acknowledged, but after not receiving an offer I'm not sure it was worth the time and effort. To make it fair on people, the task should cover a smaller scope of work.
