2 people. 1 team manager and 1 technical person, They had my resume and asked about my technical experience specifically on .net and what projects I had worked on. Asked a question about a technology (design pattern) mentioned in my resume and explain to them what it was. Did not want to hear at all anything that was not technical. At all. Fair enough, gave them list of projects I had worked on tools and technologies I used. Then all of sudden, the technical guy says "I would be too shocked by the technologies they used." Naturally I asked what they were? and they were nothing extra ordinary or unusual. just angular.js, mock frameworks, bootstrap etc. The manager got up and said won't be furthering application and shook hands and that was it. They did not seem to take into account the years of experience I have had as a developer and even acknowledge the fact that I had used technologies in roles where I had no experience in before i got and did just fine as I can learn. Left with a very sour taste in my mouth. The abruptness was rude. I appreciate a quick decision but also constructive criticism.
