      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Freedom Prep Academy (Provo, UT) nel mese di feb 2025

      Colloquio

      1 - Tell us about your work-related experience and your “Why” for being a teacher. 2 - What is the highest degree you have earned, and what teaching license and endorsements do you hold in the state of Utah? 3 - We place a strong emphasis on collaboration, communication, and a positive culture. (Collaborate CC) Can you share specific examples that demonstrate your ability to actively engage with others to create a supportive learning environment? 4 - Below is our Learning Path “proficiency scale” that we use school wide. 0 – N.E.E. 1 - Beginning 2 - Climbing 3 - Achieving 4 - Soaring Not Enough Evidence The student is taking the beginning steps towards achieving the standard with support. The student is climbing towards achieving the standard with less support. The student demonstrates achievement of the standard independently. The student is soaring beyond the requirements of the standard. How would you ensure that students know where they are at in the learning process using our Learning Path? How will you measure what your students are learning? 5 - At FPA, we foster safe learning environments that support and challenge students to achieve their personal best. As a teacher, what proactive strategies and practices will you use to ensure your classroom is safe and prevents disruption to learning? 6 - We highly value personalizing the learning experience to meet each student's unique needs and aptitudes. (Personalize the Learning Experience CC) How would you create personalized instructional activities and empower students to assess their own learning by using adaptive tools, strategies, and technology. 7 - Our school is committed to helping students establish positive relationships, make responsible decisions, and develop social and emotional skills. Are there any extracurricular programs you would be interested in starting or being a part of? 8 - We highly value embracing diversity and fostering equitable learning environments.
