I found the Freeformers interview process so much more professional and human than many others - they were available with responses in real-time via email and were flexible to my availability. The interview itself involved the delivery of a 'micro-teach' which at first which was a daunting task, however both interviewers really put me at ease. I heard back within a matter of days - my application was successful however I'm fully aware that detailed, written feedback in given regardless of the outcome, meaning you can improve for next time!

It was well communicated, and I enjoyed the process as it was different to the others as I had to give a presentation on a subject of my choice.
