The interview process began with phone screening by a recruiter. The following phone interview was by the hiring managers in the different mine sites. After the process you are given an offer within the next few weeks.

Uploaded my resume via the company's career portal and received a phone interview with a panel. Interview was smooth. I was asked a set of behaviour based questions. The waiting process however a little long to confirm my internship.
