Bitterly came to know they are looking for tester with development knowledge, I on the other hand is a developer with a taste for Code quality; no guess interview was just a waste of time for everyone involved. In JD they mentioned everything technical and when I went for interview that ladies first question with full confidence was - What is testing ? Then defect priority, severity and some stupid 1 year experience questions. I could only smile when she was asking these questions. Comeon, are you suppose to ask this question to a 10 years experienced guy. Kindly check the profile before assigning interviewers.
