I had a very bad experience giving interview with Fresh work for SDR role over all it took about one & a half month,i cleared my interviews i received a mail From HR they asked me to share previous payslips offer letter and other required documents for a salary descusion they said they will get back for salary discussion round in 2-3 days but they didn't turn back,i myself insisted to call and check and the HR says they kept the profile on hold, this is soo stupid literally they sucked my time energy which i have invested ,depending on this i rejected all other opportunities that I have got so whom so ever is giving an interview be smart enough don't Wait too much.
