Go for it make sure you a team player and ask questions no matter . Love talking to customers , hands on .. patience is the key .multiple questions , describe a difficult time while talking to a customer
Quick, you are asked a few questions about how you handled a difficult customer or de escalate a situation. Managers were friendly. Hired on the spot. Great experience. Definitely worth the time.
Process was smooth and through teams and it was just about 1 hour long . I would say it was through through my experience. I have nothing else to comment on this section for now
