It started out with an assessment, and then after I passed that a personality assessment. These were both sent to me with no other communication. After that, I had a first round interview with associate and director level. The second interview was with Director and managing Partner level. Finally, I had an in person interview with the founder and other managing parter. Travel was reimbursed, as I had to travel to Texas for the interview even through my position is remote.
