Very conversational interview. No panel interview. No trick questions. Informative about the company and goals and objectives, and they will talk about you and what you have to offer. Not a high pressure interview. Almost enjoyable. Nothing unexpected, or difficult. This is a family owned company, and as such, they truly show genuine interest in employees. Be loyal to them, and they will be loyal to you. very open door policy with upper management. Hiring and Interview process, in my experience, was "easy" in the sense that they don't waste time. There is no months and months of waiting and wondering. You will interview, and know within a week whether you have the job, or not.
