      Like other reviews mentioned, this company is highly disrespectful of a candidate's time. Was given a 2-hour online technical test AND a case study for a regular DA role with very average pay. I was shocked to see the test had 5 advanced SQL questions and a data science question, and two additional questions, which someone is expected to complete within 2 hours, and there were errors in the tables. Technical assessments for similar roles usually have 3 questions in total. Not sure why this is but a potential red flag for anyone who's interested in the company when they ask over 5 hours of someone's time before an interview.

Error in Test: We sincerely apologize for the error in the technical test you encountered. Such lapses are unacceptable, and corrective measures were promptly implemented in January to uphold the quality and precision of our assessment materials 2. Overall Experience: We empathize with your concern regarding the time required to complete the technical test and regret that it didn’t turn out to be a positive experience for you. We have restructured the interview rounds for the role of Senior Data Analyst with the aim to improve our candidates' experience 3. Technical Assessments: Our Data teams are at the heart of the data-driven decision making culture at FS. The technical tests are designed to enable the organisation to continuously improve on our technical standards and to build a team of strong data experts.
