An interview message was sent to me right after I sent my application on Sunday asking me to call them back on Monday to set up an interview. Total 3 rounds. First round was some general interview questions you could find on the internet. Second round was "field training". Basically you observed what they did and they had some tasks for you to complete(leadership qualities, comparison of direct sales/indirect sales, etc.). Third round was "honest interview", you tell them what you like about the interview(job) and what you don't like. And then they would ask if you would like to take the job.
