It is a 3-part process that can take weeks-months depending on when the regional manager makes it to town to do the third and final "audit" interview. All 3 interviews are boarder-line intrusive and instead of wondering what skills you do or do not have, they focus on who your parents were, if you are married or not, what your hobbies are, what you do on your days off, if you have done drugs in last 5 years or not (this varies based on how old you are. Younger people could've done them more recently --like year or more ago and its "ok"? lol) On "audit" form they ask you if you have any open debts and what the amounts are. You would think you were applying for a nice govt job, but it's just retail.
