I spent a few hours on the phone over a few weeks with the owner of the providence location. I did a test grooming on his dog. the van was disorganization and had safety issues. I’m not sure what is exactly going on between him and his current lead groomer. I was contacted the following day about things that the groomer couldn’t find. I answered his questions and checked my tool box for the items. I thought that was the end of it however that also made it clear to me that this is not some place that I want to work. I was then contacted by the local police department about “the theft of the missing tools!” … i have never thought that I would have to worry about being charged with a crime after doing a working interview. I strongly suggest that if you are going to apply here that you make sure to cover your back ! Either confirm that there are working cameras or require that someone stays with you through out the test grooming! I would not want this to happen to anyone else!
