First round interview. Was asked to describe and discuss in detail a previous difficult project that the candidate has worked on. Was asked several technical and specific questions. Interview lasted around 20 minutes.

Ghosted after 1st round. It was more of his interview than mine. Recruiter repeatedly emphasised on 60/70 hours of work commitment requirement and not on why it was required. I guess pretending to work matters here more than producing an actual output. The interview was very surfacial around my skills, majority of our talks were focused on how the company today was no less than a unicorn.
